Earlier this year, liberal activists took to the streets and protested in the form of a “women’s march” that was supposed to spread a message of unity and respect for women.

Except that’s not really what happened.

The march clearly had nothing to with unity and everything to do with bashing Trump and disparaging anyone who disagrees with you about politics.

Also, pro-life women weren’t welcome so it wasn’t really even about women.

Now, in the liberal wasteland of Los Angeles, the annual gay pride parade has announced they are converting into an anti-Trump protest.

The organizers of the annual Los Angeles gay pride have announced that this year’s march will be replaced by a protest against President Donald Trump.

Local West Hollywood news outlet wehoville.com revealed late last that “the annual pride parade has been canceled, ceding to the nationwide LGBT Resist March that is scheduled in many U.S. cities for Sunday, June 11, the day the Los Angeles pride parade would normally occur.”

This is obviously absurd for a variety of reasons.

For starters, Trump isn’t anti-gay. He’s the most pro-gay Republican president in history.

He has supported same-sex marriage his whole adult life which is something Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton can’t say.

In fact, he just named a gay man as his NATO ambassador.

If you have been paying attention, you noticed the standing ovation Trump received at the convention when he said he would stand up for the gay community.  Then, he told Caitlyn Jenner to use whichever bathroom he/she wants at Trump Tower.

Trump isn’t anti-gay. It’s completely made up.  Nothing about his record or his actions suggests otherwise.

Shame on these organizers.
