President Donald Trump held a press conference today to announce his nominee for Secretary of Labor, Alex Acosta.
Acosta replaces Andy Puzder, who withdrew from consideration for the position. Acosta would be the first Hispanic in the cabinet of the Trump administration.
But Trump didn’t just announce Acosta’s name.
He gave the press conference of all press conferences. An hour and 15 minutes of completely owning the media.
Or as Independent Journal Review calls it, “The Trumpening.”
He left the media, who is used to carefully canned answers or non-responses from the last President, shell-shocked and stunned, saying, “Wow!”

He predicted they would call him “ranting and raving” and darn, if that wasn’t true.
But non-liberal media and Trump supporter were loving it.
Wow, he came out swinging and left them on the floor, picking up their jaws.
Likely they’ve never gotten a more honest press conference or been so called out for their bias.
