What a year for Hillary Clinton.
Without a doubt, she ran the worst campaign in modern history. A recent study confirmed as much. I mean, that can’t be stressed enough. This woman ran more ads in Nebraska than she did in Michigan and Wisconsin COMBINED. I know kids in junior high who know better than that.
Not only did she lose an election she should have won, but she was really exposed on the campaign trail as being alarmingly incompetent. We all know about Benghazi but we also learned that Hillary really has trouble using email and telling the truth about it. Remember this gem?
That will never get old.
Today, Hillary got some more bad news.
From Fox News:
The State Department has opened a formal inquiry into whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while she was the nation’s top diplomat, Fox News has learned. Despite being under investigation, Clinton and her staffers still have security clearances to access sensitive government information.
The department’s investigation aims to determine whether Clinton and her closest aides violated government protocols by using her private server to receive, hold and transmit classified and top-secret government documents. The department declined to say when its inquiry began, but it follows the conclusion of the FBI’s probe into the matter, which did not result in any actions being taken against Clinton or any of her aides.
Uh, yeah. There’s no doubt that she mishandled classified information.
James Comey laid that out very clearly before deciding not to do anything about it.
Hillary broke the law and violated the espionage act. There is no doubt about it. And, Comey was wrong to pretend that he needed to prove intent. He didn’t.
Here’s Judge Napolitano with more.
You get the idea.
If the State Dept. determines she did mishandle the info. How do they justify not moving forward to do something about it?
If you and I did what Hillary did we would be in jail. No question.
I’m not holding my breath but this is definitely a positive development.
