The Obama administration is giving terrorists a 45-minute heads up before letting them know that they are about to be bombed.
Just another case of political correctness run amok, I guess.
Though, this next piece of info is going to please the greenest of liberals to no extent.
Here’s former CIA Director Michael Morrell explaining how the Obama administration wouldn’t target ISIS oil wells to avoid ‘environmental damage.’
From Truth Revolt:
“So, prior to Paris, there seemed to be a judgment, right? I don’t sit in the Sit[uation] Room anymore, but there seems to be — there seemed to have been a judgment that, look, we don’t want to destroy these oil tankers because that’s infrastructure that’s going to be necessary to support the people when ISIS isn’t there anymore, and it’s going to create environmental damage. And we didn’t go after oil wells, actually hitting oil wells that ISIS controls, because we didn’t want to do environmental damage, and we didn’t want to destroy that infrastructure, right?”
Something tells me that the environment would be okay. Mother Nature has a funny way of correcting itself like that.
However, if we fail to hit ISIS where it hurts, what’s next?
Will we cease to drop bombs on the bad guys altogether because of the jet fuel wasted on the way to Syria and other countries in the area?
The craziest part though, is that some people find these sorts of shenanigans by the Obama team to be acceptable.
