Fox News host Sean Hannity slammed Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as a weak and spineless leader during his Tuesday show this week.

Hannity is, of course, one of President Donald Trump’s biggest TV defenders.

Hannity took to Twitter to slam McConnell for failing to be able to lead the Senate to either repeal or replace the disastrous, un-American Obamacare.

The failure comes even after eight years of promises from Republicans that they would do just that if they came to power.

Hannity went on the Twitter warpath…

Hannity saw a tweet by ABC about McConnell and replied, “No Senator, YOU are a WEAK, SPINELESS leader who does not keep his word and you need to Retire!”

It was the second time Hannity called on McConnell to quit, the Free Beacon noted

As FB explains:

Hannity was responding to an ABC story posted on Tuesday, in which McConnell fretted Trump’s lack of political experience created “excessive expectations” regarding legislation.

McConnell spearheaded a failed Republican attempt last month to repeal and replace Obamacare, which was a campaign promise of Trump and Republicans. Trump constantly urged the GOP via Twitter to get the bill passed but McConnell ultimately fell one vote short of even a “skinny” repeal.

Hannity criticized him and House Speaker Paul Ryan (R., Wis.) during the campaign last year for not being sufficiently supportive of Trump.

After McConnell’s total failure to advance the Trump agenda, one sympathizes with Hannity’s position.

Heck, for that matter McConnell can’t even get the Republican agenda passed, much less the Trump agenda!
